Lakota Dairy Queen lobby open again

Lakota Dairy Queens lobby is now open after being closed all last fall. After the Dairy queen was hit by a car they were forced to close the lobby for the rest of the season due to the hole in the wall. The incident which happened september 13th cuased a lot of commosion in the small town of lakota. Many community members pitched in and helped the owners temporarily patch the wall. The owners said they are very thankful for those who came to help and those who reached out to make sure everyone was okay.

Renovated inside of the Dairy Queen

Along with the labby being reopened it was also remodled. Among things being remoddled are the walls, windows, ordering counter,
and cake display freeze. The owners say that the force of the crash pushed the old display freezer into the ordering counter causing it to
buckle and break. The owners say that they are very happy that the dining room was closed when the incident happened becuase if
someone was standing between the cake freezer and the ordering counter they wouldve been severly hurt.
